Therapy modalities

Easy Psychiatry utilizes a comprehensive approach to mental health care, focusing on several evidence-based therapy modalities to help clients achieve emotional well-being. These modalities include techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is focused on challenging and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Building on this foundation is Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which integrates CBT principles with mindfulness practices, such as meditation and present-moment awareness, to help clients observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment. In addition, we utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a specialized, evidence-based approach structured to help individuals process and overcome trauma-related distress through psychoeducation, relaxation techniques, and gradual exposure and processing of the traumatic experience.
